30 DAYS GUARANTEE: We Are Sure You Are Going to Love Your PouchPASS Smart Wristband But in case you’re not satisfied, we are offering you our 30-day money-back guarantee. Return your package for a full refund.
POUCHPASS has worked diligently to create a product you will find effective and we believe you will love your PouchBand wearable. However, we realize the Wearable you receive from POUCHPASS may not be exactly what you expected. Should this rare occurrence take place, the original retail purchaser of the Wearable may return all PouchPASS wearables purchased in the original transaction in accordance with the terms below.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of the date of shipping to the original retail purchaser. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service here.
- You must return the Product to PouchPASS to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) with the original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to PouchPass warehouse.
- If you return Product to PouchPASS (a) without a return authorization from PouchPASS or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, PouchPASS retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
Note: PouchPASS can only refund orders placed directly through shop.pouchpass.com. If you purchased our products through another party, such as Amazon.com or our retail partners/distributors, please contact them directly for a refund.
Return and refund instructions
Once you have submitted your refund request, you will be contacted within 1-3 business days with instructions on how to return your order.
You may wish to use a package-shipping service that is able to track shipments.
Note: POUCHPASS is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of any orders.
Upon receipt, we will verify that all of the products in your original order are included with the return and that the products are in good physical condition. Partial returns are not eligible for a refund. Please note that incomplete returns cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.
Once the return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent out with information on when the refund should be expected.
Note: Refunds will only be refunded back to the original form of payment.
